This informal, discussion-based session invites faculty to reflect on our Fall 2025 Student Experiences of Learning (SETs) using principles from Stephen Brookfield’s work on critical reflection. Together, we’ll explore four lenses for gathering more holistic feedback on teaching effectiveness and get input from colleagues on challenges we’re experiencing in our teaching. In addition, the session will offer practical guidance on how to document student feedback and any resulting instructional adjustments in portfolios or other faculty evaluation materials.
