The Emerging Faculty Learning Community (eFLC) provides a space for early-career faculty to connect, reflect, and grow together. We will gather four times during the academic year—beginning and ending the year of eFLC sessions with shared meals that foster community, and structuring the two meeting in between those times for even more targeted conversations.
