First years are always important. At Vanguard, it is our commitment to stay close to our new faculty. We do this through a monthly fellowship. This is a time for checking in, conversations around a good book (Small Teaching, J.M. Lang), and valuable information from guest colleagues. All of this aims to lay a solid foundation for a satisfying and successful teaching career at Vanguard.
