This resource gives guidance on how to copy your 8/2 live session Template Course into another shell and then change that course into an a 16 week, 1 live session per week course.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Select the course: 8 Module/2 Live Sessions Per Module Hyflex Undergrad and Grad

Step 2: Go to Settings [1] and select Copy this Course [2]

Step 3: Choose All Content [1] and click on Create Course [2]

Step 4: Once it’s done processing, click on the course you just copied

Step 5: Go to the Modules page and scroll to Module 1 (Insert dates here – Monday to Sunday) and go to Live session 1 [1]

Note: Once you make these changes you will have to set the due dates for the assignments [1] and [2] and the dates for the modules [3]. If you want to have one 2.5 hour session per week, follow the documentation for bringing an 8/2 template to an 8/1.
